Windows 10: Suddenly Slow Upload Speed on Wifi

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 Home on my HP laptop. Everything was going great until last evening I encountered an issue with my upload speed. My download speed is around 8-9 Mbps, but my upload speed dropped to 0.38 Mbps.I've tried rebooting the router, searching for solutions online, and updating all drivers Intel, NVIDIA, HP, Windows Update. When I connected my laptop to the router using an Ethernet cable, the upload speed returned to normal. Unplugging the cable gave the same results for that time. But after a couple of hours, I opened my laptop, and it is the same slow upload speed

Slow upload speed over WiFi

I have just had my internet upgraded to full fibre and get 500Mbps upload & download.
I have multiple devices on the WiFi network and they all get at least 200Mbps upload and download, all except my desktop PC which gets 500Mbps Download but only 4Mbps Upload.

I have used my Android phone and laptop at the exact same location as my desktop and get over 350Mbps upload and download.

I have been using SPEEDTEST by Ookla to check the speeds.

I need help to figure out why my Desktop PC is so slow.

It has a Aorus Gigabyte GC-WBAX210 wifi card installed with the latest Intel drivers.

Any suggestions on what i can try would be much appreciated

slow upload speed while using wifi on laptop

I have a problem with wifi upload speed. It's too slow. When I do speed test the download speed is good (about 60 mb which is good in relative to my internet provider and country). But the upload speed begins at about 17 mb (which is good) then decreases fast to less than 1 mb. the problem occurs only while using wifi in the laptop ,and doesn't occur while using ethernet, and doesn't occur while using other devices with wifi. I am using windows 10. I will be glad for help.

 

LAN Upload speed suddenly low

My LAN upload speed suddenly (after Windows update) dropped to 1 Mbps. The normal upload speed should be around 60 Mbps. The download speed is still normal (about 600 Mbps). The wireless speed hasn't changed, it is still working well. This upload speed drop happened on one computer only. All other computers have full download/upload speed. Therefore, the network is working well. I also checked the cable, and the same cable on another computer works perfectly.

I tried to fix the problem by following all suggestions in the thread LAN Upload speed suddenly extremly low - Microsoft Community.

I tried clean boot, Windows repair, BIOS update, driver update, network reset, nothing helped.

After a winsock reset (netsh winsock reset), even the download speed dropped to 30 Mbps and it took me several hours and a lot of luck to get back the 600 Mbps download speed. However, the upload speed is still less than 1 Mbps in average. It starts with 3 Mbps and falls down to 0 during the speed test.

Any help is welcome.
