Windows 10: Sudden VB6 run-time error 48 on Windows 11

Couldn't find the best place to post this. If you have a better idea, please respond with product, topic, sub-topic.I have a VB6 program that I wrote years ago and update often. I use it frequently twice a year to run fundraisers for several local non-profits. The last fundraising effort ended several weeks ago thankfully, and I have used the program daily since to view some data in my Access database. I’m currently running Windows 11, and have been for almost a year since it first became available. Yesterday I ran the program and out of the blue got “Run-time error ‘48’: Error i

VB6 and Run time error 9

All the sudden when I try to add data in a program the error 9 will come up, but the data is still installed. When you hit enter the data will install, then the program will be ended.

When I run the program in a VB6 program it works OK.

This program worked great for 10 years then all the sudden in Win 7 this started. I'm now using Win 10 with the same thing is happening.

Can someone help

There are out of box methods to install Vb6 on Linux, suggest to check Linux forums for that
