Windows 10: Stutters and crashes while playing video games

Issue: Demanding PC games are stuttering and eventually freezing and crashing to desktop. The computer generally does not crash, only the application ends. It only happens with performance heavy games. The crashes seem to happen randomly. Sometimes I can play for hours, sometimes they show up around half an hour of playing.I have already ran a clean install of GPU drivers, and updated the CPU drivers.Specsrocessor:

Video and Audio stuttering while Gaming

I recently upgraded components of my PC. And before, I used to crash on every game I play, so I took it to the store and they said some drivers are missing, well ok.

But now I am trying to play games and I get video and audio stutters. Its fine for the first 5 minutes, then it becomes unplayable, at points crashing and rebooting my entire pc. Also, I sometimes get my mouse and keyboard and headset randomly all disconnect, then they reconnect after a few seconds. Can anyone help me?

One photo is with Wifi on(Bottom) and the other with Wifi off(Top). I see this gives us some info as to what is causing the latency. There is some terminology in here I am not familiar with. What do you think? What is the next step?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
