Windows 10: Strange Issue with Windows 11 Start, Right Clicks on Taskbar Apps, and Drop Down Menus in...

I'm having a really strange issue where if I click the Start icon, and if I click All or More, the Start menu closes. When I click start again, if I had clicked fast enough, it will have gone to the All or More screen. Also, when I right click on applications on the Taskbar, the menu for the right click items will appear, but quickly hide after 1-2 seconds.In addition to this, if I go into Settings -> Apps -> Installed apps, and then select the three dots for options for uninstalling an app or modifying it, the menu appears for less than a second and disappears.My first thoughts was ma

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
What do you think?

 

Issues with right clicking start menu.


Prior to upgrading to build 1511 a few days ago I could right click on the start menu and all the icons works. Could run as an administrator with no issue. However for the last few days clicking on any icon from the right click start menu does nothing. Level three at Microsoft has not found an answer. I have tried most of the fixes including running powershell and "getting app." to no avail.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Drag&Drop on TaskBar not working (Windows 11 22H2 22621.1105)

Unfortunately this is by design for Windows 11. You can drag from File explorer into the taskbar.

The only drag and drop that works in the latest Windows 11 version is if you right click an app from the All Apps list, and drag it and drop it on desktop or taskbar. That's for apps only, and only when you find the app via Start > All apps list.
