Windows 10: Stop Windows 10 from suddenly changing keyboard language layout?

I want to prevent Windows 10 from automatically changing my keyboard language layout.

I want to keep ONLY Spanish keyboard layout because it's what I see in printed on the physical keys of the keyboard and this is how I write.

But Windows 10 keep changing 'updating' and setting the US English keyboard layout, which is not printed on the physical keys and only confuses me every time I press a key to write a word.

This has become a NIGHTMARE and I simply want to STOP this.

I tried few solutions that haven't worked definitely:


1. A terrible quick and dirty solution is switching keyboards with [Key Windows] + [Space Bar]. But Windows keeps changing it suddenly.


2. I tried to remove English Keyboard in Language settings manually but Windows keeps adding it after few minutes.


3. Renaming the folder adding a "-no", in Task Manager / regedit.exe:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts\00000409

to:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts\00000409-no
that worked for a while but after few hours, windows changes it again to English and it get's virtually impossible to set it back to Spanish.

I've studied and applied what is said in this two threads, but none of them ended up working in my case:

How to prevent Windows 10 from changing keyboard language layout?

I want to prevent Windows 10 from automatically changing my keyboard language layout.

I have both English and Spanish language setup on Windows, but I want to keep JUST the Spanish keyboard layout. Windows 10 keep 'updating' and adding the English keyboard layout.

I find I need to go to Language settings and manually removing the English keyboard layout and adding the Spanish keyboard layout under the Enlglish language settings.

I simply wantto STOP this.

All the resources I have found refer to the previous Windows 10 version before the update.

It is impossible to follow those steps after having the Windows 10 Creator´s Update installed.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

  How many keyboard language have you installed?
  

If you have installed more than 1 keyboard language in your system, then I suggest you to remove the keyboard language other than default language and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to remove the language.

  Open Control panel.

  Click on language.
  
• 
  Select the language and click on remove option at the top.

To assist you better, please provide the information:

  What is the make and model of the wireless keyboard?
  
• 
  Is the keyboard layout changed or the complete Windows interface is changed to Arabic?
  
• 
  Are you able to login to the computer?
  
• 
  Have you installed Windows 10 with single language edition?
  

To confirm, if it is single language edition you have to reinstall the Operating System or if it is multiple language you have to download the language pack of your choice and make it as default.

If only the wireless keyboard layout has changed then, I suggest you to add a keyboard layout in Windows 10 from the below steps:

• 
  Type settings in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Go to Time & language.
  
• 
  Click on Region & language.
  
• 
  Choose the language you wish to add as keyboard layout.
  
• 
  Click on Options.
  
• 
  Click on Add a keyboard.
  
• 
  Select the keyboard layout you want to add.
  
• 
  Restart your computer.
