Windows 10: steering wheel pxn v10 does not detect dinput mode as game controller

So my steering wheel suddenly did not detect dinput mode as a game controller when I restarted my pc but it does detect it as a keyboard, mouse, and game controller on devices. Xinput works and its detected as a game controller. I already tried to restart my pc, unplug and plug the steering wheel, downgrading and updating the firmware, and uninstalling the device. I also tried the steering wheel on another computer to check if its a steering wheel problem and it works in both dinput and xinput mode.

PXN V10 gaming wheel not recognized in USB port

I just bought the PXN V10 Wheel, pedals and shifter for my HP windows 11. I plug the pedals and shifter into the back of the wheel and plug the wheel into the USB on the computer. The wheel calibrates it as it should, but my computer will not recognize the wheel at all. No message saying new hardware for, when I go into the control panel it shows the keyboard picture and labels it PXN V10. I right clicked it and went to properties and tested it all works fine but when I go to play American Truck Simulator it will only allow me to play by keyboard. I went back to Steam and checked to see if there were drivers to be installed by there were none to download so I'm thinking drivers were already installed when it was downloaded. Can anyone help me, this is my 1st wheel. What am I doing wrong?

 

Why does my pxn v10 wheel blink green. connecting it to a windows 11 pc and it will callibrate and then just sit and blink green and i cant turn the steering wheele at all
