    stdole2.tlb cannot register. entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found.


    regsvr32 \windows\system32\STDOLE2.TLB in cmd as admin gives error:The module "\windows\system32\STDOLE2.TLB" was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found. Make sure that "\windows\system32\STDOLE2.TLB" is valid DLL or OCX file and then try again.

    stdole2.tlb could not be opened

    trying to install a program on a WIN10 laptop. I immediately get this error "The file C:\Windows\System32\stdole2.tlb could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory"

    I am administrator to this machine.

    Hi,

    What is ISDone.dll, and why are you trying to register it?

    Not all DLLs can be registered using regsvr32.exe.. The DllRegisterServer entry-point needs to be there for the module to be registered with regsvr32.exe.

    i'm having a problem registering ISDone.dll, when i try to register it using cmn regsvr32 i get an error like this '' the module ISDone.dll was loaded but the entry-point Dllregisterserver was not found
