Windows 10: Startup impact saying Not Measured?

Clean installed Windows yesterday, and noticed a lot of my programs except one is saying "Not Measured" for the Startup Impact. I am running the latest version of Windows (20H2). Screenshot for reference, any help appreciated.

I installed Firestorm, Steam, Password Manager, Discord, Realtek, LGHUB, and Spotify my first few hours with the machine (at about 8AM-10AM) and the rest (ShareX, EpicGames, and Origin) late last night. Discord is the one that says Update and Spotify came installed as Windows bloatware. I restarted my machine about 4-5 times last night as well.

Startup impact not measured

Hello, my name is Marco and I am an Independent Advisor. I will do my best to help you.

One solution that seems to work sometimes is to go to the 'start' tab of the task manager and deactivate everything, restart and return to activate.

Restart again and check if it is ok again.

Otherwise you can try to do a 'clean boot' as follows

Note: After you have finished clean boot, follow these steps to boot to normal startup.

a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

b) In the ‘Run’ windows type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.

d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’

Task Manager startup impact not measured

Hello Microsoft!

I have a program installed. In Task Manager/Autostart it says that the File impact is not measured, it won't even start after reboot. I searched different Forums and didn't found a Solution.

Startup impact not measured

A month before when i went to task manger i saw that all the startup impact were not measured. I saw many solutions to fix the problem and i also tried all of them but none of them worked and at last formated C: drive and performed a clean installation
of windows 10 but the issue is still persisting and also i have the latest updates installed.
