Windows 10: Startup impact "Not measured" in Windows 10.

Task manager showing startup impact not measured in every enabled entries. I am running Windows 10 20H2 v19042.1110. The problem appeared after I clean installed Windows 10 today. I have tried the clean boot method, sfc command, dism command but no luck. I checked in the directory "C:\Windows\System32\WDI\LogFiles" but there was no folder named "StartupInfo" which contains .xml files that are used to show the startup impact status. As you can see in the included screenshot, I have always been using these same apps in my previous windows installations but then there was no problem. I never hav

One solution that seems to work sometimes is to go to the 'start' tab of the task manager and deactivate everything, restart and return to activate.

Restart again and check if it is ok again.

Otherwise you can try to do a 'clean boot' as follows

Note: After you have finished clean boot, follow these steps to boot to normal startup.

a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

b) In the ‘Run’ windows type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.

d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’

Startup impact not measured

A month before when i went to task manger i saw that all the startup impact were not measured. I saw many solutions to fix the problem and i also tried all of them but none of them worked and at last formated C: drive and performed a clean installation
of windows 10 but the issue is still persisting and also i have the latest updates installed.

 

Start-up Impact "not measured" in Task Manager

Running windows 10,, I disabled all items in startup column in task manager, restart, then enable all items, restart again, now shows impact measured. Hope this helps.
