Windows 10: Sporadic System Freeze with Bluescreen, DPC Watchdog Violation

I have had multiple Bluescreens over the last couple Weeks but they don't seem reproducable so far.My system freezes and then a Bluescreen follows a couple seconds later with the message DPC Watchdog Violation.I checked Event Viewer now and there's a BugCheck Error Message: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff80069efb320. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id:&

It did just crashed again. The same problem - DPC Watchdog Violation

Bluescreen Error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. This will allow you to replace the incompatible driver
ntoskrnl.exe+1956af.
