Windows 10: Sound problems whenever I join voice calls like google meet or discord

I have an Asus Vivobook 14 laptop. Ever since I got it, whenever I join voice calls like google meet and discord, and any of the other audio playing from music or youtube, it starts crackling and sometimes it doesn't even have audio. It doesn't stop until I leave the voice call. It happens all the time whether the output is from speaker or plugged headphones. I tried searching for different solutions, but I can't find anything specific with my problem. I already tried disabling audio enhancements, updating drivers, but the problem doesn't stop, it keeps coming back whenever I join voice calls

Discord call muting other sounds

So I have this problem where whenever I join a Discord call or any voice call, the rest of my audio is muted, such as in-game audio, Spotify, YouTube videos, etc. The only thing that seems to work is disabling my mic, but it's annoying that I have to constantly enable and disable my mic.



The things that I tried:



- Reinstalling my audio drivers



- Updating all my audio drivers



- Check Discord to see if it is the main issue



- Troubleshooting



- Reinstall old audio drivers



The headphone that I'm using is the Hyperx Cloud Stinger.
