Windows 10: Someone stole my laptop

How can I actually find it? How do I get it to stop jumping around in the "find my device"? I want to pull up on who has it. I don't want to call the cops or anything. I want to know where it's persice location is so I can walk up, knock on door, and get my laptop back. Cause I know I can and will get it back if I can actually locate it. I want to look out of my webcam on it and stuff. Talk through it once I get there... So they can't catch that and say oh no I don't got it

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
