Windows 10: Some REALLY bad issues

I currently have a Windows 11 ASUS laptop, but I’m having some bad problems right now.1. I have an error that consists of:“File: \Windows\system32\config\systemError Code: 0xc000014c“2. I also currently have the srttrail.txt errorand I’m unable to factory reset. Is there anything I could be able to do to fix any of this

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Multiple reasons can result to this concern like hardware problem, hybrid startup system, incorrectly configured driver, etc. For us to help you isolate and resolve this issue, we suggest that you follow the steps below and see if it helps:

Step 1: Roll back driver.

• Open Device manager.
• Go to Network adapters.
• Find your Ethernet or wireless driver (whichever is giving you trouble).
• Right click it and select Properties.
• Select the Driver tab.
• Select Roll Back Driver.

Step 2:
Reset CP/IP by using the NetShell utility.

You can try to reset TCP/IP if you have Internet connection issues.

Optical Drive Issue

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?
