Windows 10: Some Logitech Webcam Drivers are preventing a part of Windows Security from working, but I...

In detail, here's what I found: two other posts on the Microsoft Forums state that two drivers lvrs64,sys and lvuvc64.sys are old drivers for a Logitech webcam, but I don't have, or use any webcam from any company. These drivers are blocking me from turning on Memory Integrity in Windows Security. The only Logitech product I am currently using is a M720 mouse. If I can get rid of these drivers, how do I do so? I followed the listed steps and the webcam is performing properly and is recognized by Windows 10, I checked software and driver updates on the Logitech site and the Logitech utility states the software and driver are up to date and working properly. The
only issue I have is with Windows 10 Updates trying to update the Logitech software/drivers in the recent update and that update is throwing the Ox800f0203 error and continues to does so after all of the suggested solutions. Which puzzles me since the Logitech
hardware/software/driver is working properly.

If only we knew what is "the problem with Logitech webcam microphones."

My Logitech C310 webcam (and its microphone) works perfectly with Zoom and Skype. I even used it to record a video with the Photos app.

(I thought maybe the
Logitech Community Forum for webcams would have a description of some widespread problem with Windows 10, but alas.)

Vast numbers of users are experiencing webcam microphone failures since updating to recent versions of Windows 10. Some of those users have reverted back to earlier versions of Windows 10 to fix these problems. Logitech webcams seem to be very vulnerable
to this problem. My webcam is the Logitech C110. The video works fine, but the microphone fails. This is a commonly reported problem. Logitech provided the latest driver for my webcam, but with no effect after installing.
