Windows 10: Some emojis show as line drawings

HiIn the emoji panel, all emojis look great, as they should.However, when these are inputted into a multitude of applications, something goes wrong which causes some old? emojis to show up as very ugly line drawings.This behavior can be seen in almost all applications on Windows including but not limited to: Spotify, Slack, FireFox & more.Since this affects so many applications, I'm looking for a general fix.I'm fairly certain this has to do with the fact that for these emojis, some font matches these and replaces that.

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

Hi,

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
show up. Here's the link for the steps on how to:
Set up accounts.

In the meantime, we'll give you the steps for a workaround to access the emojis. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
  Taskbar.
  
• Click the keyboard icon and select the emoji button.

Press the Shift Key whilst drawing a line, to draw a straight line.

If you need to rotate the line later, use the selection tool to select the line and rotate using the top centre handle . . .

 

I need a photo to line-drawing converter

I need a program that will convert photos to unshaded line drawings--like mechanical drawings, not pseudo art. Kodak Easy-Share did that, but does not run under Windows 10. Any suggestions (preferably cheap)?
