Windows 10: [SOLVED] Recent Fresh Windows Install Issue MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll

EDIT: Here is a fix and it solved literally all my problems, if anyone else has a similar issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwTCtrTEob0When installing windows fresh onto my new SSD WD_Black SN750, the install process goes smoothly and I had followed a guide, but when I attempt to install Origin the game service app thingy, it comes up with both errors:I'm not sure if this is an issue many people are having but I have seen that the windows install may have been corrupted somehow and I have no idea how this could have happened as I did not touch my PC or the USB stick at all suring the

I have this issue msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll missing windows 10 and I tried to repair Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable

I even tried to repair the 2012 but still got msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll when trying to install a third party app.

I also uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable and reinstalled it.

Same result as the repair method.

Hello, I've been having quite the issue since I re-installed windows on my pc, I own a rust server, and there is a program called "Rust Admin", but to open that it says I don't have MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll, even though I installed Visual C++ Redistributable
for Visual Studio 2015. If I go to the System32 folder, I have MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll in there, so that's why I was confused, I tried re-installing the program, repairing it and even going into cmd and doing "sfc /scannow", which didn't help. I've
scanned for malware and can't find any so I'm confused as to why it's not working. Even if I copy the 2 files to the Rust Admin folder, it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)."

MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll not found

I'm trying to get my PC up and running and have tried everything I have been able to find to get the issue corrected. However, I continue to get the popup when I attempt to download one of my games that both MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll are not found.

I have downloaded the latest drivers for Windows 10 and all updates are current.

I have run a Command Prompt as an administrator (sfc/scannow) and there were no issues found.

Any suggestion on how to get this corrected would be great.
