Windows 10: So whenever I turn my pc on it says exception processing message 0xc0000005- Unexpected...

When I unplug my Keyboard, Mic, and mouse and then my pc on it doesn’t have an error, but as soon as I plug one of them in to access my pc it brings up that exact error and I cannot press anything.

I shut off my PC while it started installing update and I can not open the PC.

I get that message all the time when I want to open my PC. The message is “windows could not open the installation. To install windows on this computer, restart the installation. And if I follow your reply (shift+f10 — MMC — ctrl +m — computer management
— add — local computer — finish) I get “exception processing message 0xc0000005 0x7ffdc81b1b58” system error.

How can I fix it?
