Windows 10: So, just today, my pc lost access to bluetooth. How do I fix it?

I tried to look through the device manager, the drivers, reinstalling the drivers, updating drivers, resetting the bluetooth through sevices.msv, and restarting my pc so far. Now, I'm just lost on what to do next.

Hi Everybody, Version 21H1 (OS build 19043.2364) I've can not access a brand new bluetooth headset, or any other bluetooth device it seems.

• Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Bluetooth Will Reinstall "Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377, but also report that Bluetooth radio status is not fixed.

• Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices Does not offer a Bluetooth "ON/OFF" toggle switch Does not offer any other options to select other bluetooth devices

• Device Manager: Bluetooth > Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Bluetooth Device Status: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) This is the only listed driver under bluetooth

Your question does not state whether you could previously do so. Alas. so many don't give a history. Assuming your PC is an unknown model of an Acer desktop as in your specs, your report seems to indicate it potentially has Bluetooth capability. However it may be as old as coming from 2010. Please advise. Without the model number, the driver download page and the history, we're missing vital info. My guess- it's an old model PC and you haven't got a compatible driver. a. Check your manufacturer's driver download page. b. Try Snappy Driver Installer (free). But only for that driver - ignore the rest c. Consider getting a bluetooth dongle - very cheap.
