    I get this 0xc0000098 error when i try to troubleshoot my pc to reset it cuz from pc settings i can t it say no changes werr made idk what to do i can acces only bios and i need to reset my pc cuz when i play ragemp i play 10 minutes and i get this error ragemp_game_ui.exe - Application ErrorThe exception unknown software exception 0xe0000008 occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFFA3F4837A

    That's not what they suggest here:

    FIX: Steps to Fix Winload.EFI Error - Appuals.com

    Winload.EFI Error, is pretty much self explanatory by it’s name is an error that prevents windows from loading. This is usually caused by corrupt boot records or incorrect boot configuration. Depending on your Operating System, the error message may vary but the keyword winload.efi will be same. On a Windows 8/8.1/10 system, the error usually pops-up in the following form.

    The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
    from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by
