Windows 10: Snipping Tool notification problem

Hi, so basically I read a lot of manga and I like taking screenshots of important, fun or good moments with the Snipping Tool, so what I do is I usually have to manually go click on the notification that pop up at the very right of the tasks bar and then I like to manually save it into a folder. Here is my problem though, sometimes I don't know why but the notification doesn't come up, so I try again and again and again but still never appears. Sometimes I would wait for 5min and it would appear and sometimes I just try again 10times in a row and it finally works and it's very very annoying to

To enable notifications from the Snip & Sketch Tool:

• Start Settings
  
• Click on System
  
• Click on Notif‌ications & actions
  
• Find Snip & Sketch and set it to On

In Win10 type Snip into the search box in your primary monitor toolbar. Snipping Tool will show up at the top of the list.
