Windows 10: Snipping tool going slow

Hi!

Since the last update, the snipping tool that opens with WIN + Shift + S is going extremely slow when selecting the area to cut. I've tested it in a couple of different PCs and it happens in both of them. I use this a lot for work, and it was very fluid previous to the update. I've also noticed that when using WIN + Shift + S a small yellow outline appears for a split second before I can begin to select the area to cut. Anybody else is experiencing this and/or knows any way to solve it?
