Windows 10: Snipping Tool app disappears

I'm a frequent user of Snipping Tool. Now its gone. I made a power reboot of my laptop as I noticed before, sometimes it comes up after reset. Now its totally not showing up. Pls advise

Is there a way to add Snip it App to your list of apps?

I dont want to type Snip every time i want to use this and then add it.

It was showing on my Most Used List which made it easy to find, but then right after using it, it disappeared from Most Used. I dont think the Most Used list is working right. I know it ignores pinned apps ,but why did it show the Snip It App and then
right after using Snip it , it disappeared from the list. It shouldve moved up the list , not off the list.
