Windows 10: Snip & Sketch no longer working

Windows 10, latest build.Trying to Win+Shift+s does nothing.Opening Snip & Sketch and clicking "New" results in a prompt suggesting that I need a new application to open an ms-screenclip link, but does not let me pick an application, only allows me to search the Microsoft Store which yields zero results.I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times - no luck.I have tried to run `DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Windows.Client.ShellComponents~~~~0.0.1.0` from PowerShell as Administrator, as suggested in a post on this forum from a long time ago, but this fails with `Error: 1168

Thank you for updating me that information. If you mean the snip and sketch? Based on your description the snipping tool is crashing?

Please try to reset Snip and Sketch

Press Start then search Apps and Features

Select Snip and Sketch on the list

Click Terminate then Reset

If it doesn't work, Please try to create a new administrator account then check if everything is working.

As I mentioned in my post, neither "snipping tool" which works and "snip & Sketch" (which doesn't) show up in the Apps list. If I try to install, Microsoft replies that I already have it (thus preventing me from installing again).
