Windows 10: SLUI 4 fails to work to get activate by phone on Windows 10 after a motherboard change

SLUI 4 fails to work to get activate by phone on Windows 10 after a motherboard change.I have a Win Pro license but had to replace the motherboard due to a failure. After trying to activate it lists devices I do not recognise when going through the troubleshot tool.On my Microsoft account I can see my device that had the license but I cannot do anything to associate this with my repaired workstation.When trying to use "SLUI 4" as mentioned it does nothing, how can I correct this? How can I activate my copy of windows?

Please be informed that your copy of Windows 10 should get activated automatically after changing the motherboard (once you enter the linked Microsoft Account details). But if you face any issues,
I suggest you to go through Phone activation to activate your Windows 10 copy.



To run Phone activation please follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows + R key.
  
• 
  Type slui 4 and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select the Country or
  Region.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.

Changing motherboard

Do you mean the following? If so, I get nothing from the command "slui 4".

 

SLUI 4 not able to run

So I'm currently trying to activate my copy of windows after a hardware update (including motherboard). When I use the activation troubleshooter then select changed hardware it lets me correctly select this computer, but then says "unable to activate windows.
We can’t reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later. " I have tried this at a few different times over the past few days in case the "try again later" was actually accurate, but always got the same message.

I tried calling support and they told me to run "SLUI 4", however that doesn't run anything. No new process starts. They said to try SLUI 3, which just opens the activation settings page. Since SLUI 4 wouldn't work, support said there was nothing I can do
to activate windows... Hopefully someone here can help?

Edit: After it fails to activate, the error code 0x803F7001 is displayed in the activation settings window.
