Windows 10: Slow Download speeds only on Windows 10 PC in any web browser

Before you tell me network adapter settings, download/upload speeds, firewall, and all network issues. It is not a network issue I can assure you. I am CCNA active certified. I ran ping tests on all my computers including my Windows 10 Pro desktop. I used my Linux Fedora 34 downloads like a charm on the same LAN network over the only gateway a 1Gbps up/down circuit. No firewalls on my LAN. I tried both WiFi NIC and Ethernet connected directly to the router. Fedora and MacOS Catalina download perfectly fine on the same network. The Windows 10 Pro can't download anything on all web brows

Microsoft store download speeds and windows 10 app load speeds are very slow

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
• I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Why is Windows Store's download speed so slow?
• And also all by Jane La in the below: Microsoft Store Very Low Download Speeds

Windows 10 download speed issues

Try this method:

• First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
• locate and select “Update and Security“.
• in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
• In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.
• Turn off Updates from more than one place.

Your system will not work as a seeder for other Windows 10 users. It will give sudden boast to your Slow internet speed.
