Windows 10: Silvercrest negative Digitiser driver

I have a silvercrest negative digitser SDN 3600 A2 I dont have a driver for this to allow it to operate - could anyone assist with sending me the file for the driver ? I am using a windows 11 O

I bought a SilverCrest negative digital scanner, but it doesn't get recognised by my laptop (windows 10). I don't have a Disc drive so can't do it that way either. Solution? Please help!

Method 1:

I suggest you to uninstall the Silvercrest STMS 2017 A1 Keyboard driver from the Device Manager.

Follow the steps to uninstall the driver.

• Right click on Start button and click on Device Manager.
• Search for Silvercrest STMS 2017 A1 Keyboard driver and expand it.
• Right click the device, and click Uninstall.
• Restart the computer.
• Right click your computer name in Device Manager and click Scan for hardware changes.
  Device manager scans your system and automatically reinstalls your device.

If the issue persists then follow the below method.

Method 2:

I would recommend you to download and install the latest Silvercrest STMS 2017 A1
Keyboard driver in compatibility mode from the manufacturer.
