    Significant slowness between when Windows 11 starts up, and Login Screen is presented


    Hello, I have had enough users report issues with significant slowness 30 minutes or more waiting after Windows 11 starts, to when it presents the login screen. They are stuck at the "Please Wait" screen seemingly indefinitely. Some unique circumstances seem to point to network transitions of some type affecting this, but I don't have enough data to make a very clear theory here. Does Windows take logs during this span of startup and can they be consulted in Event Viewer? If so, are there event IDs that bookend this span of time?
