Windows 10: Side-by-side configuration is incorrect while starting an application!

Hi there.I have a really complicated issue about running a windows app, and after digging more into the issue i founded more issues related to the main one.- So, the first problem is when trying to open "MSI afterburner" program after a clean and successfull installation proccess, i got this error image below: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."- After i digging more deep into this problem i found this error details in the "Event-viwer" progra
