Windows 10: Should I upgrade my BIOS version?

Hello everyone. I've got an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 product and I wanted to know which of these latest BIOS versions I should install? Does Updating bios increase GPU and CPU performance on games?My Windows Edition based on this path: Settings / System / About / Windows specifications is Windows 11 Home, Version 23H2.My current bios version is 2.09.Also, I'm just wondering whether I should install this update from Windows Optional Updates or not:I know this community is about windows products, but when I saw the Insyde Software Optional Update, it just made me think about upgrading them. Stuck in Windows 10 Upgrade

My computer seems to be stuck in a Windows 10 failed upgrade loop. I was running fine on a beta version of Windows 10, and then I came downstairs one morning to see it repeatedly booting, attempting to repair, then rebooting. The steps I've taken to diagnose are:

• Attempting to boot off a USB drive (with all drives disabled in BIOS) - this fails at the point of the blue windows screen
  
• Attempting to boot the machine itself and getting into "repair/safe mode" using F7
  
• Looking at the BIOS for obvious failures (e.g. RAM that should be there is missing) - nothing obvious is wrong.
  

I am fairly certain the build version was 9926. For many months, the system would attempt to upgrade, and then say "it failed" for some reason and roll back.

Suggestions for next steps?

Hello ( Old computers pre <2000 )
Upgrading to SSD.
How to know what BIOS version supports which max.HDD size ?
There are:

• 1996's 3GB barrier.
• 1998's 8GB barrier .
• 1999's 32GB barrier.

Is there a BIOS-list available that shows which is the max.size HDD I can use ?
Or motherboard-list...

I have PHOENIX BIOS V4.07 or V4.08.
