Windows 10: Shokz Openmove connects but does not connect audio

I am able to pair my wireless headphones Shokz Openmove and connect them by Bluetooth, but they do not play audio.Under the Bluetooth settings panel it just says "connected," while other wireless headphones say "Connected mic, audio." I tried to attach a screenshot but it is not showing up. When connected the headphones do not appear as an output under the Sound settings panel.The same headphones work without a hitch with Linux, iOS and Mac machines.

I cannot connect it to my laptop, because it's not showing in the list of new devices.

Please try a manual reset for your Shokz OpenMove. Start with the headphones powered off, then enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds. Once in pairing mode (indicated by red and blue flashing lights), press and hold all three buttons (multifunction, volume+, and volume-) for 3-5 seconds until you hear beeps or feel vibrations. Turn off the headphones afterward. Now, try reconnecting to your laptop. If you encounter any issues, restart your laptop before attempting to pair again.
