Windows 10: Sharper Image Weather Station EC-WS115 not updating

I know this is a shot in the dark but it's worth a shot . This is going out to Casper 3725 or anyone else who was tremendous in getting the software in line back in 2020. Casper - Our trusty weather station stopped updating October 13th, 2022. Working perfectly up to that point. I reviewed your previous readme file, followed all the steps one more time and even got a new weather key through Weather.io just in case they purged old keys. Everything is exactly as it was. Was wondering if anyone with this weather station and running Windows 10 is having the same issue and if there was a q

Same issue here. Day two of no update from Wampserver to EC-WS115.

Casper3275 developed the fix about two years ago. Were you a part of this forum where the fix was posted?

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I have had the Sharper Image EC-WS115 weather station since 2009 and was very disappointed that Sharper Image left us with a working piece of hardware and no software provider. I searched earlier this year (2021) and didn't see this thread until March 14, 2021.

I downloaded your Dropbox .zip file and made a few goofs of my own, but eventually was successful in getting my weather station back up and running.

Your documentation touches on all of the potential issues that I ran into. Well done! Great effort, job and results! I truly appreciate everyone and all of the work and efforts put forth by everyone involved!

Hi all,

This is related to a very informative thread started a couple of years ago - link: Redirecting

I am having a problem finding the .exe file required to install the software. I have this item (EC-WS115 Sharper Image Weather Station) new in the box with the install CD, but that only appears to attempt to point to a server that no longer exists. I need
the actual file, which apparently is named NIS01_INSTALL_2380.exe.

Links to dropboxes in the original thread no longer work. Does anyone still have this file available? Sharper Image has been no help and I can't find a trustworthy-looking source online. I know this item is fairly
old technology, but it seems like a good unit and I'd like to find a way to keep it working vs. adding it to the landfill.

Any help appreciated.
