Can't find a purchased app on a family member log on

    Hello Lisa,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

One of the many benefits of having a Microsoft account is a family group, which gives you access to family features and Settings. To share an application on a different account, kindly follow the steps listed below and check if it works:

    • Initially, sign in to the child’s account on the computer and login to Microsoft Store using the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the game.
    • After logging in to Store, under the Microsoft Account you will see the list of
Purchased Apps which can be installed for the signed in user.
    • Open Settings and select Your Account, click on
Sign out option which would return the Store Settings to revert to the user account.

Additional Information: You may refer the article on

    information.

Store game not showing as purchased ... and not playable

    Hi, RRotter,

I am an Independent Advisor and will assist you.

Have you contacted Microsoft Store about the issue?

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/28808/...

Is the child signing into the device under your account with his own PIN number?

Have you checked your account to determine if the game is listed in your purchases?

Have you tried logging into your child's Store account using your PIN number instead of his?

Check the steps listed in this thread on Sharing apps with Family
