    disabling sharing, synching

    My work administrators no longer allow sharing or synching of onenote notebooks. Onenote, however, will not let me disable the synching or the sharing on the notebook and gives me an error: "The server couldn't complete this action. Error Code: 0x803d0005".
    Obviously the server is no longer connected, so how do I disable sharing so I can move the notebook?

    Can't share printer—getting error message

    Step 1: Go to store.
    Step 2: Buy a less shitty printer.
    Step 3: Pick up some beer while you are there.
    Step 4: Enjoy both your new printer and your beer.

    In all seriousness, I have had more issues with Lexmark printers and their shitty drivers then any other manufacturer, HP is a close second though.

    However, if you don't want to get a new printer*Laugh :laugh:, and I can understand that, when my Lexmark was giving me the same troubles in Win7(and Vista) I had to make sure the Windows firewall was ON and the firewall service was enabled and running. After I shared it I could re-disable the firewall and firewall services.

    OneNote conflict on server

    Thanks for the suggestion. unfortunately after deleting orginal OneNote and then creating a second version, and then sharing it to mine and my wifes WP7, we still get the 'conflict on server' error occasionally :-(

    otherwise the WP7 is absolutley awesome in EVERY respect Shared OneNote, want to disable. Getting The server couldn't complete this action. Error... :)

    please can you pass my comments to the Office team or their consideration?
