Windows 10: Shared Experiences logon loop

I have been trying to link my phone to my desktop and have to use I guess the Shared Experiences software on Windows 10 proand there is a button that says FIX NOW. When i click on it. It has me sign in. I sign in and then it asks over and over again for me to sign in and I never get to fix this. Can someone help me figure out whats going on here. Its stuck in a logon loop i guess. Things I have tried : Changed password then rebooted Turned off Shar Across Devices Rebooted several times. set up authenticator on my mobile phone checked to make sure i could logon here to microsofts website. Hi,

Shared Experiences allow you to start a task on one device and finish it on another, or easily set up a remote control or other companion apps on a smartphone. If you don’t want to use the feature, we suggest that you disable it. Kindly follow these steps
below:

• Click
  Start.
• Select
  Settings.
• Click
  System.
• Select the Shared experiences link on the left-hand side. Here you will see a switch that lets you toggle the Share across devices feature to the On or Off position.
• Enable it then restart your computer.
• Go again to Shared Experiences in Settings app, and disable it completely.

You can quickly enable, disable, and change the Shared experiences settings on Windows 10 using the following steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on System.
• Click on Shared experiences.
• Turn on or off the Share across devices toggle switch to enable or disable the feature.
  

 

Shared experience keeps looping

Hi,

Shared experience keeps looping when clicking the fix now button... this has stopped outlook and teams from working

Please can you advise on a fix?

I have turned shared experience on and off still nothing works.
