Windows 10: Setup Failed in Microsoft XNA 4.0

Discus and support Setup Failed in Microsoft XNA 4.0 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I decided to use Microsoft XNA to create a new game.     Setup Failed in Microsoft XNA 4.0


    I decided to use Microsoft XNA to create a new game. I installed it normally but i couldnt't open it by a setup error and just i don't know what i do about it. The images on this message contain the error.OBS: i couldn't insert images on this message, so i decided to put it in the links below:1- image 2 failed2- image failed update

    Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 fails to install

    I download a game and the game requires Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0. When I launch the game it begins to install but then fails, when I try to manually install i get
    to the registering modules portion of the installer where it gives me an error. The error goes

    Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\XNA\Framework\Shared\xnavisualizer.dll failed to register .HRESULT -2147024703

    Then when I try to manually register xnavisualizer.dll it gives me another error saying it failed to load.
