    Hello, I have this threat that keeps popping up. Every time I run a quick scan or full scan or even a Microsoft Defender offline scan and take action towards it I keep getting the same threat. After a full scan it says "0 treats found" but it keeps saying the following... "There may be threats on your device. After scan is complete, you can review the threats found".I would like support from anyone who can help me to get over it.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

    Can't get rid of SettingsModifier:Win32/HostsFileHijack

    Anyone know how to get rid of this notification?

    I already add the host file to exclusion list, but it still warns me from time to time.
