Windows 10: Settings keeps popping up in Lenovo IdeaPad3

The settings keeps on popping up in my Lenovo IdeaPad3 even when I’m just scrolling through my laptop, I keep exiting but it will pop up again in the home settings. And there are times that whenever I press the keys, it directs me in other settings in my laptop. Please help because this is getting very annoying
