Windows 10: services occupy CPU

Discus and support services occupy CPU in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Dear community How many services are totaly essentially needed ??At times 93.5% CPU is taken only by services and it does't allow me to open apps...     Dear community How many services are totaly essentially needed ??At times 93.5% CPU is taken only by services and it does't allow me to open apps Explorer crashes again and againI have already run DISM and SFCPlease helpAny help would be highly appriciated

    Service Host: Network List Service hogging CPU

    I have a Surface Go running Windows 10 (not 10S), and recently (last few weeks) whenever it wakes from Sleep "Network List Service" starts using at least 30% of my CPU. Often my combined CPU use is 100%. This goes on for a minute or more. None of my
    other computers have this problem. Suggestions?

    Service Host: Windows Biometric Service and Service Host: Local System (2) high cpu usage

    Service Host: Windows Biometric Service and Service Host: Local System (2) high CPU usage. I don't open many apps but this two service occupy most of my CPU availability. The CPU usage is very high and my computer always hot because of this, even after
    sleep.

    Please help me to solve this!
