Windows 10: Services: LOG ON not local & has has a password??

I dont access my pc remotely and yet i have services running that under LOG ON instead of running from a local account it has a log on name LOCAL SERVICE and a password i didnt set???? Most of these I cant stop or change to a local log on which i think thats what they should be when its a service called remote registry_user ***. And I have other services running that have the same name, one has descriptions of what the service is and its a local log on and the other one doesnt and has _user*** and a log on password i cant change.

Forgot Local Password

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and reset the password for the local account and check.

  Login in to your Microsoft account.
  
• 
  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Select Computer Management.
  
• 
  Click on Local user and group.
  
• 
  In the right window pane, double click on user’s folder.
  
• 
  Right click on local user account and select set password and follow the on screen instructions.

Local Account password changed to Online Account Password

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the steps on how to switch from Microsoft account to Local account:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Local account instead.
• Enter your Microsoft account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the Local account and click OK.
• Now, login to Local account.

unable to deactivate Windows log-on password

I suggest trying with this steps:

• Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
  
  (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.)
  
• Enter sign, and then tap or click Change sign-in options.
  
• Choose the sign-in option you'd like to use, and then follow the instructions.

If you're using a local account with a password, you can delete the password to sign in without one. Try this steps:

• Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
  
  (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.)
  
• Enter sign, and then tap or click Sign-in options.
  
• Under Password, tap or click Change.
• Verify the current password for your local account.
• Leave the New password, Reenter password, and Password hint fields blank, tap or click Next, and then tap or click Finish.
