  1. Service Host eats 90% of my memory

Hi, I am facing a serious problem that the service host processes take up most of my PC memory 16G.

It all starts low, but would gradually increase as time passes, and in about 3 to 4 hours, it will take as much as 90% of the memory. This is definitely not reasonable. and I've tried scanning for virus and reset the system, but nothing works. I am wondering how to figure out the root cause, and how to fix this. Thank you in advance for helping.

  2. 'Service Host: Local System' eating too much resources

So everyone already know that 'Service Host: Local' System eats up tons of resources. I was wondering if there's a way to stop it eat up 90% of my internet. In the country i live on the internet is slow and is always limited. 'Service host' uses internet
even if its not my intent and always result in a larger bill than normal since it uses more data than i use.

Its not like Microsoft pays for my bills. the version of my windows is already good enough for me but why do you guys always require another update even if i'm already alright with my windows.

I don't want to experiment on my windows for dear Christ it costed me a lot when an update failed and caused everything to go haywire.

I wish someone knows how to limit the resources 'service host' uses up when it comes to the internet
