Windows 10: Service Host : DCOM Server Process Launcher 5 Consuming almost 70% of My CPU

Hello,I have recently this problem and i cant find a fix; i don't know where i got it but what i actually have is this "Service Host : DCOM Server Process Launcher 5" in my task bar and it's consume almost 70% of my CPU.I checked the detail of that service and i found svchost.exe with PID 612 which consuming all of that CPUAfterward i opened CMD as admin and checked "tasklist /svc" to see what is the problem and here's the problem :BrokerInfrastructure, Dcomlauncher, PlugPlay, Power, SystemEventsBrokerThose are the services that consume the majority of my CPU; Of course i tryed disabling the

So, it starts when I start development server from npm. And continues till next restart even when I shut down the server. And my CPU runs at 100% usage.
Why is this? And how do I fix this?

The above process seems to be eating memory... It launching 4 processes

DCOM Server Process Launcher

Background Tasks Infrastructure Service

Over a period of time the process will consume all of the memory on the machine. Is there anything I can do other than rebuild the system to sort this out?

I am running : Windows 10, version 1709

Any help would be much appriecated
