I keep seeing this informational message after a reboot...Does anyone have any idea what I can look for to fix this?

Event ID 7026

Hi,

My question is I am having a server windows 2008r2 installed. The server is getting reboot automatically but when i checked eventlog

i found this event id "7026"

and description "The following boot-start or system-start drive(s) failed to load"

hvboot

why this error is coming and what will be probably the resolution in this case. Please help!!

If you see third party software drivers listed you can uninstall and reinstall the software.
For Windows you can perform Windows updates.

For the most part these can be ignored without a major impact on performance.

Thanks. Yes but I was expecting more info from Windows.

That said it may have provided a clue. You are getting a 7026 error prior to this and that error seems to indicate a driver failed to load.

Event ID 7026 — Basic Service Control Manager Operations

So the full out error may be the fallout and not the root cause. Can you go back and see the details in the 7026 Event.
