Windows 10: September 26, 2023—KB5030310 OS Build 22621.2361 Preview

Affects desktop icon labels. Cannot remove dropshadow. Uninstalled from WIN Updates but a few hours later it seems to run without me knowing and I get a popup I need to restart and there again is the update installed and dropshadows in my desktop icon labels are back. I have now uninstalled it again and PAUSED Updates as this one sneaks in without me knowing or actually selecting it to install on my machine! I don't like or use dropshadows and there is no way to disable them after this update is installed! At startup, this update also changes my background to a Windows stock photo, not my chos

Not a windows insider still getting previews

That update preview is released for insiders in Release Preview channel, but it is also released to stable Windows 11 version for all users and it shoud be optional.
