    I just bought a pair of Sennheiser HD 450BT Bluetooth headphones. The setup and pairing instructions seem very straightforward - you put the headphones into pairing mode and then search for the device on your Windows PC to connect. However, I'm running into an issue getting my Windows 11 PC to detect the headphones to complete the pairing.Here's what I've tried so far:Made sure the headphones are charged and powered on. The Bluetooth light is flashing to indicate pairing mode.Placed the headphones right next to my PC, less than 20cm away, as recommended during pairing.Went into Settings > B

    My laptop is an xps 13 9370 and the headphones bluetooth driver is for the model Sennheiser HD 450BT (I also have an additional driver named HD 450BT Avrcp Transport Adapter).

    I added my Sennheiser HD 450BT as new bluetooth device. The drivers are installed and the headphones show as paire audio device in the computer settings. When I press on "Connect" I get the following message: "That didn't work. Make sure your device is still
    discoverable, then try again." I tried all sort of things, from removing previous bluetooth devices to change the bluetooth support service to automatic in Services, but nothing worked. Could you help me, please?

    Bluetooth drivers for Dell XPS 15 2015 w Windows 11

    After a restart Windows 11 resets the drivers, so I cannot connect to any Bluetooth device.

    Device Manager shows that it cannot start the Intel driver (error: config information incomplete (in registry) is incomplete or damaged (code 19). This is the only driver that shows up in the Bluetooth section of Device Manager after a restart.

    After I run troubleshooting for BT and sometimes a restart (based on a suggestion in the troubleshooting result), it is resolved, and that takes between 10-20 minutes. Which is annoying if you are trying to attend a Teams or Zoom meeting.

    Then many drivers show up under Bluetooth in Device Manager. Including
    Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)
    Bluetooth LE Generic Attribute Service
    Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)

    Three for the Sennheiser Headphones
    LE-HD 450BT
    LE-HD 450BT (note: why twice - it is the same ms driver from 2006)
    LE-HD 450BT Avrcp Transport

    Plus, some for other devices that I do not use regularly
