Windows 10: Send eMail to USPS always crashes system with Blue Screen

Windows 11, Windows Security, No viruses detected, No MalwareBytes incidentsProblem. 3 for 2 now. In USPS.com and under HELP try to send them an eMail. After I type in all the data they want including text re issue, I try to COPY the problem text issued to save by highlighting and before I can even do the right-click to copy a Blue Screen with my PC name Identified Blue Screen and statements re you are crashing occurs. This in about 5 seconds reboots and the system tries to come up and hangs. Only out is hod power button and then start up. NO event Viewer logs except one stating that reboot

How to send an Email to an Editor

I would like to send an Email to a certain website; however, when I click on the link "email editor", I get a blue screen with the message "Choose which account to send the email from." At this point, I don't know how to proceed. Can someone tell me what the next step is?

Blue box to send emails from

Sometimes when I want to send an email from a site a blue window with an envelope in the middle comes up and asks which email I want to send from. There are no email accounts listed so I can't choose one or send an email.

What is this blue box and how do I get email accounts listed on it so I can send emails?
