Windows 10: Seeking Solutions on Frequent BSOD on Zephyrus G14 2022 - Kernel-Power ID 41

Hi!My Zephyrus G14 2022 GA402RJ version has been frequently experiencing BSODs 3–4 times a day. The laptop is running BIOS version 319 using Windows 11. Upon checking the event logs, I found all problems are Kernel-Power ID 41 70368744177664, 2 attached for reference: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xwtHf1IO7ZBiFyq89LGmQkWQtStz01Jh/view?usp=sharing. Kernel-Power event id 41. BugcheckCode 0

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
and check if that helps.

Frequent BSOD, Kernel-Power Event 41

Dear all,

Apologies, it's my first time posting, and I am at my wit's end.

I have had a spat of BSOD's occuring on my laptop (Asus Zepherus G14 2022) link: ROG Zephyrus G14 (2022)

I have followed the guide on Redirecting and forced driver crash, and generated a minidump file (100323-6843-01.zip)

(Whilst the article asked for 3 most recent minidump files, I could only read and zip one, out of the possible five files present.)

I don't know if it will help diagnosing the issue, but:

- I do not overclock the CPU

- On some occassions with BSOD, the system time resets (but rather than to 1970, but to 2099)

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.
