Windows 10: Secure Boot disables Peripherals

Hello, I am having some trouble with enabling secure boot on my pc with windows 11. I have had it on before in the past and at some point needed to disable it. When i go into the bios and re enable it the pc boots fine and everything is normal. When i get to the login screen my mouse and keyboard are on but the pc is not detecting input from them at all. If i restart to the bios again they both work in bios and they work again if i disable secure boot. The issue seems to only show when the system is booted with secure boot enabled. I have had this issue in the past and was able to get it fixed

Cannot Disable Secure Boot

In BIOS, there is an option to disable/enable Secure Boot.

Whenever I disable it then go to boot windows, it tries and fails to boot about 5 times, then goes to a windows screen saying something along the lines of 'Cannot load windows, restart or troubleshoot'.

Troubleshooting does not work, nor does restarting.

When I switch from UEFI to Legacy in boot list options, it simply says that there was no OS detected.

Is there a tool or something that I can use to disable it instead?

TL;DR: Cannot Disable Secure Boot because if I do I cannot boot to windows.

 

Windows 8 Secure Boot Feature: Not So Secure?

So Linux is switching to secure boot also? Or they have to because of UEFI?
