Windows 10: Search bar not showing apps and settings

From the last update in December the search bar is not showing the apps and the settings,i tried everything like restarting with the powershell script,restarting the service from Task Manager,running sfc /scannow,running DISM even running the troubleshooter but it doesn't work and it only shows some files from different things or "web result" when i try to search an app or settings

I appreciate the steps that you have done. I suggest you please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

  Type notification on the search bar and click on
  notification & action settings.
  
• 
  And click on select which icons appear on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Turn on show app notification separately for each app.

Firefox 91.0 ESR how to disable Show search suggestions in address bar

Click on "Change settings for other address bar suggestions" and untick these.

ok just a update i did double check to see if i have show search suggestions in address bar results but i still i have show search suggestions in address bar results in settings 91.0 ESR but disabling show search suggestions in address bar results is not working in 91.0 ESR
