Windows 10: screenshare lag on discord and a one second freeze when im tabbing into minecraft

hi a few weeks ago when im uptated my pc, im on windows 11 things started happen. I cant screenshare on discord cus its lagging for friends. its not even lagging for me. When im screensharing like its not quality its just the fps it looks like it is at 5 fps or smth cus its lagging its like unlookable. When im tabbed out and trying to tab into minecraft/lunar client its like freezing for one second before im in the game again its not smooth. I got very good specs on my pc and this is just very weird that i cant screenshare for my friends and this weird freeze.This things is just so weird beca

Opening Firefox/ browser/Discord etc internet lag about 5-6 seconds

Lenovo legion T5 why is it stuttering when i have a game open and use discord

i've had this pc for about a year now and it's been fine until this past week where i have problems with discord lagging and the voice connection goes down to the point that my friends can't hear me or where their micw start lagging for me. when i open task manager to see what's causing the stutters nothing seems to be a problem cpu is on 47% up to 67% when i have discord and fortnite open but i've always been able to have 2 games open discord with a screenshare and youtube on chrome but now i don't even screenshare and my pc stutters when i try to watch youtube on my second monitor and i've been experiencing soooo much trouble with discord i can't screen share without it starting to lag and not even showing the screen because inte freezes please respond to me as soon as you can// Albin
