Windows 10: Screen suddenly went black and when it turned back on, the scale went 125% to 150%

I was just scrolling through google when all of sudden, the screen went black. I quickly searched for answers And did CTRL + SHIFT + B and it turned back on. But then the scale was at 150% on default It was 125% as default which made me confused. I looked at the device manager-> display adaptersAnd saw that the problem was on My vega3 graphics -Code 43I really don't know what to do now.

So basically what happened, I was playing a game, chatting with my friends and that stuff, when suddenly, my screen turned black and Discord crashed, so I restarted Discord. I didn't think anything about it because Discord sometimes crashes. But after it happened a second time, Discord crashed again, and my game crashed as well, Spotify still played music, but the app completely froze with a black screen. Afterwards, I decided to check the settings and check the display. The default display size is 125%, but the default appears to be changed to 150%. So I decided to revert it to 125%. I also noticed some green, red and blue dots forming a line in the taskbar, which is really confusing. Then I ran an antivirus, but the antivirus crashed, forcing me to restart my computer. While I was restarting my computer, I noticed that there was no option to press sleep. Just restart or shut down. And that just leaves me here, completely confused about what exactly happened, how this happened and how I'm supposed to fix this. Is there any way to fix this problem? I'd like to hear.

Blurry text in Windows 11 settings at 150% scaling, works fine in 200%

Fractional scaling such as 150% or 125% or anything that is not a whole percent will never be perfect.

You cannot split pixels into halves or quarters. This is why 200% or even 300% looks great just as 100%.

It is also why 125% looks a little less blurry then 150% or 175%. Because your applying less anti aliasing.

The real solution is to use screens with resolutions that either work at 100% or 200% scaling. Personally, I don't think its that bad, yes a few menu's and much older software simply cannot work with scaling properly. So the blurriness is worse. The fruit company made its screens (retina) to work at 200% scaling in order to avoid some of these pitfalls. The real solution is for PC makers to decide to provide screens that work well with 100%, 200% or 300% scale. Food for thought when purchasing next time.

I have older eyes that require bigger fonts, so I use 150% scale on my FHD laptop over the 125% scale recommended. I also notice the increase in blurring between the two settings. The other option is to set scale at 100% and try raising font size. Or just setting scale to 100% and reduce native resolution down to a lower setting. That in itself causes its own set of fuzziness with a resolution not native to the screen.
